Wafer style padlocks are not as popular as they once were because security is a bigger issue than it was decades ago.  Still, the little wafer padlocks are still sold and here is the ideal pick set to handle them.  The PKS (WKS is the same tool) set of picks is surprisingly good at picking these padlocks, and it can also be used for many other wafer style locks.  This set is made of strong spring steel, which resists bending and breaking.
