Low Cost TruArc Pliers - A Must-Have For All Locksmiths

A great many lock cylinders use TruArc rings as retainers, and there are hundreds of other products that use them.  Getting them off is often a challenge.  Buy a pair of pliers made to remove tru-arc clips.  TRU-99 is made by HPC, so you know it's high quality.  It's fully adjustable.  You can set it to open when the handles are squeezed or to close when squeezed.  You can change the tips very quickly with the supplied wrench.  And you get a nice assortment of tips with the tool, stored in a little vinyl pouch.
