A1 Mortise Cylinder Removal Tool

When it is not possible to pick a mortise cylinder, and you have no working key, the cylinder can be wrenched forcefully with this powerful leverage tool from A1.

The tool allows you to break the hardened set screw in the latch housing that retains the mortise cylinder.  This usually leaves the mortise cylinder defaced but functional, and the broken set screw can easily be removed and replaced.
