We attempt to be available during regular business hours but if you should call and encounter our voice mail prompt, be don't be shy -- leave us a short message and contact number (PLEASE speak slowly and clearly as it sometimes a challenge to interpret phone numbers when they are rattled off quickly).  

Unlike with just about all the other locksmith tools providers on the internet, it will be the owner you speak to when you call, and sometimes I am either on a separate line providing another customer great service or I may be in the shop creating dozens more practice locks and kits for the store -- and hearing the phone over all the machines is pretty difficult.
