TUBULAR PRACTICE LOCK, CUT AWAY TYPE

This Ace-style tubular cam lock is designed and manufactured by LearnLocks and it will fit into the LearnLocks Cut Away Practice Lock Stand using the adapter that is supplied with the stand.  It will also fit into our Universal Practice Lock Stand, which will accommodate several lock styles including mortise cylinders, cam locks, key in knob lock cylinders, and miniature practice locks.

The cut away tubular lock affords the student locksmith a good way to get lock picking time with a high security design that is not always easy to pick.  These locks are commonly found in commercial applications such as vending machines, coin-operated appliances, gas pumps, and high voltage panels.  There are even a few steering wheel locks that incorporate tubular locks.

Unlike other practice locks offered here, you can't buy a 2-, 3- or 5-pinned version of this lock . . . you can only order a fully pinned (7 pin) cylinder.  So once you've become proficient with it, you'll be skilled with picking tubular locks.
