AW-38 Automotive Wedges

It is important to use some kind of wedge when you are trying to insert car opening tools, such as a Slim Jim or a Horizontal Rod Tool. There must be enough space created by this wedge to prevent damage to the vehicle's glass or door sill, or the weather stripping.

HPC's AW-38 is actually a pair of hard plastic wedges for this purpose. It is a low cost solution to the problem and these tools will come in handy in any number of situations besides doing lockouts.

Each wedge has a taper at the tip for easier insertion, and each has an opening at the top through which you can insert a fiberoptic probe or a probe light.
