DO YOU SHIP UPS?

    Not normally, as we have found that USPS Priority Mail is generally faster and less costly for the average size package that we ship.  If you have reason to require UPS, just contact us before placing your order and we WILL arrange it.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

      Orders generally ship within 24 hours, but please realize this is not a '1-day service guarantee' --  if we find that we cannot ship within that parameter we will promptly notify you by email.

DO YOU SELL TO JUST ANYONE?

     We do not have the capability -- nor does any merchant -- to police individuals with respect to whether or not they are legally entitled to possess the tools of the trade.  There is great variance from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and it is in the end YOUR responsibility to make certain you are within your legal rights when you place an order.  Also, we require that customers be 18 years of age or older.  When you submit an order via our secure online shopping cart, you are implicitly agreeing to our terms of sale.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

     We will accept returns no questions asked IF the item has not been used, is in its original packaging (or, if the item was unpacked before it was found to be unacceptable, all original packaging must accompany it) and you have obtained from us before hand authorization to ship it back (so we will be expecting it).  We will issue a refund in kind (if you paid via credit card, your credit card account will receive a credit -- by PayPal, we will issue a credit to your PP account, etc.)  Note that we do not refund shipping or insurance costs.  To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of the order date .  We feel this is a generous amount of time to determine if an item does or does not meet your expectations.  Please do not ask for refunds on items older than this unless it involves a malfunction or premature failure.  In cases such as these, contact us first.  Because we have no control over how tools are used and with what care they are treated, we cannot offer refunds simply because something breaks. In some cases, after we inspect a returned item, we will offer a partial refund.  Remember, you are responsible for shipping costs when items are returned, and we urge that insurance be added for further protection.

HOW DO I NAME MY OWN PRICE?

     Simply go to the Name Your Own Price page and fill out the form, then wait for our reply (normally within 12 hours).  If we accept your proposed revision on a given item, we will send you a special coupon code to use at checkout (one-time use).  The coupon will discount your cart appropriately.  The cart must contain no other items than the one in question.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

     We take pride in maintaining a state of the art secure purchasing environment, using 128 bit SSL (single socket layer) Encryption for all transactions and all information input (such as login and account information).  In ADDITION to this, we use local encryption on our office hard drives.  We are certified as a secure site through McAfee Secure (formerly Hacker Safe), which tests our web site daily for vulnerabilities.  The short answer?  Yes.

DO YOU SELL OR OTHERWISE SHARE YOUR CUSTOMERS' INFORMATION AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS?

     Never.  This is a repugnant practice that we condemn.  Your personal information is protected and secure.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER . . . WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

     There are several International shipping methods that we could have used, and we have tried most of them.  Those that are inexpensive such as First Class International lack any tracking function and they are often painfully slow.  We have had too many International customers become frustrated in the past when their orders take 2-3 weeks to reach them, or worse, get lost.  This is why we have chosen to use USPS Express International for our out-of-country shipments.  If you are willing to accept the shortcomings of First Class International and want to request this shipping method, email us and we will set it up for you.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

     We are always looking for wholesale buyers, for our Lock Picking Practice items only.  This includes Practice Locks and Practice Kits (which contain accessories such as pick sets and other items).  Minimum first order is $350, all subsequent orders have a $250 minimum.  We supply several of the largest profile Locksmith supply sites currently online, and we sell wholesale to U.S. Government agencies.  If you are interested, please send email to inquire about Wholesale Locksmith Training Products.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO POLICE, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, ETC?

     Yes, we offer discounts to these entities regularly.  Contact us for specifics before placing an order.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?

     This is the digital age, and we feel compelled to save a tree or two by offering our catalog on .pdf format, which also helps us keep our prices down (printing and mailing paper catalogs is EXPENSIVE).  You can download our PDF Lock Picker's Mall Catalog by clicking the text link.

I F MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE OR OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE, WILL YOU RE-SHIP FREE?

     Only if the delivery failure was due to our error. If the item was determined to be undeliverable because the address you provided was incorrect or inadequate . . . or the item was unclaimed . . . we cannot offer to re-ship at our expense. Your options in a case such as this is to either pay for re-shipping or accept a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the order.
