By popular demand, we have created the Universal Practice Lock Stand, capable of holding several different styles of Practice Locks, including:

• Mortise Cylinders
• Cut Away Mortise Cylinders
• Standard Key in Knob Practice Locks
• Cut Away Key in Knob Practice Locks
• Cam Locks
• Mailbox Locks
• Cut Away Tubular Locks, cam lock type
• Padlock cylinders (from rekeyable padlocks)
• See-thru Plastic Practice Locks

The Universal Practice Lock Stand is made of durable, tough PVCand it has threaded nylon thumb screws to assure a tight fit for your practice locks.   The top portion will accept the popular plastic 'see-thru' locks, model CPL-5, and also standard and cut-away key-in-knob locks such as found in our Practice Locks mall store.



The stand is designed to accommodate both right- and left-handers without having to change a thing.



Mounted on a stable aluminum base, the Universal Practice Lock Stand features a fully adjustable ball and socket joint, which allows unlimited positioning of the head unit.  This enables practicing with locks turned upside-down and well as sideways, to mimick real world situations for improperly installed locks and for keyed lever locks, respectively.
